What it is:
A topographic survey is a 3-dimensional map that highlights all the features of a property including all natural features and elevations as well as man made features. This map is created in two steps; in the first step, we collect “points” from the site – these range from trees to exposed utilities, to streets. In the second step, we use a computer software (CADD) to import the points that were collected in the first step and use it to create a 3 dimensional map.
